Key Achievements

• Designed, implemented and enhanced MyCPD web application integration for ETIQA Life Insurance Berhad, enabling automated CPD credit tracking for users.
• Led end-to-end LMS platform integration for Malaysian Communications & Multimedia Commission (MCMC), Air Selangor and BRDB, including system architecture design, API workflows, and data handling.
